Agreement to Terms
By creating a PayVoyage account, using our mobile application, wallet, or card services (the
“Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
These Terms form a binding contract between you and PayVoyage.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where our Services are offered and comply with all applicable
laws.
We may reject or suspend any user at our discretion for risk, compliance, or legal reasons.
Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate personal information during sign-up, including name, date of birth,
government ID, and proof of address.
You authorize PayVoyage and its regulated partners to perform identity verification (KYC) and
sanctions screening.
You agree to keep your information up to date.
Services Provided
Wallet: Store and manage balances in supported currencies.
Card Services: PayVoyage may issue you a Visa or Mastercard-branded card under license from our
sponsor bank through regulated partners. Cards may be physical or virtual.
Foreign Exchange (FX): Currency conversion based on current market rates plus disclosed markup.
Remittances: Send funds to supported countries via bank transfer or other payout methods.
Fees
Fees may include card issuance, replacement, inactivity, FX markup, remittance charges, and other
service fees.
Current fees are disclosed in the PayVoyage app and may change with notice.
You are responsible for any third-party fees (e.g., ATM operator fees, correspondent bank fees).
Use of Services
You agree not to use PayVoyage for illegal purposes, including money laundering, terrorism
financing, fraud, gambling, or prohibited goods/services.
You must comply with card network rules (Visa/Mastercard) and with local regulations.
We may set transaction limits, velocity limits, or suspend activity for risk management.
Transaction Monitoring
All transactions are monitored in real time.
Suspicious or flagged activity may be delayed, reviewed, or reported to regulators.
We may freeze funds or accounts to comply with applicable laws.
Liability and Disclaimers
PayVoyage is not responsible for losses due to unauthorized use if you fail to secure your device or
credentials.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PayVoyage is not liable for indirect, incidental, or
consequential damages.
Cardholder Protections
Card transactions are protected under Visa/Mastercard zero liability rules, subject to timely
reporting.
Report unauthorized transactions immediately through the app or by contacting support.
Data and Privacy
PayVoyage collects and shares personal data with regulated partners as required to provide
services.
Data will be encrypted, stored securely, and processed in compliance with PCI-DSS, GDPR, and U.S.
privacy laws.

Changes to Services
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time.
Users will be notified of material changes through the app or email.
Termination
You may close your account at any time.
PayVoyage may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, suspicious activity,
or at the direction of regulators or card networks.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, U.S.A.
Any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, unless prohibited by
applicable law.
Users may also have statutory rights under local consumer protection laws.
