All customers must verify their identity before using our wallet, card, or remittance services.
Verification may include government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and biometric checks.
Transaction Monitoring
All transactions are monitored in real time to detect fraud, money laundering, and unlawful
activity. Suspicious transactions may be delayed, reviewed, or reported to authorities.
Regulatory Compliance
PayVoyage complies with U.S. regulations (Bank Secrecy Act, USA PATRIOT Act) and will comply with
applicable laws in other jurisdictions where services are offered.
Prohibited Use
Customers may not use PayVoyage for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to: money
laundering, terrorist financing, tax evasion, sanctioned transactions, or illegal purchases.
Recordkeeping
Identification and transaction records are retained for at least five years in line with legal
requirements.

Legal & Compliance
PayVoyage Inc. is a Delaware-registered fintech company. We are not a bank. Financial services on our platform will be provided through partnerships with licensed and regulated institutions.
Commitment to compliance
- AML/KYC: All customers will be required to verify their identity. Screening against global sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules will be applied.
- PCI-DSS: PayVoyage will not store sensitive card data (PAN/SAD). Secure tokenization and PCI-DSS controls will be implemented.
- Data protection: Personally identifiable information (PII) will be encrypted at rest and in transit. We will follow GDPR and U.S. data privacy requirements.
- Security: TLS 1.2+, short-lived tokens, device integrity checks, and continuous monitoring will be part of our platform.
Important notice
PayVoyage provides technology and access. Regulated financial services will be delivered by licensed partners. Customers’ funds and accounts will be held with those partners under applicable law.
